For the Blade repair (Global Service) business (based in Goleniow – Poland),
The main missions of the role are:
You will be responsible for ensuring that all new service technicians are trained well enough to enable them to perform world class repair- and maintenance work on-site anywhere in the world.
Building on the repair and maintenance methods developed by the Customer Service Department as well as relevant procedures from blade production.
Day to day activities:
• Indentify the optimum skills, knowledge and experience for the service base to maximize performance
• Training of new technicians in repair work.
• Implementation of the training modules on a global basis.
• Evaluation of the training modules based on the quality of the technicians' work
• Internal communication to the service supervisor.
High flexibility is necessary, 200-250 annual travelling days are to be expected, mainly in Europe.
Qualifications:
• Preferable composite technician combined with a medium sized theoretical education.
• Extensive knowledge of fibre glass and repairs
• 3-5 years of professional experience from the service industry
• Experience in training or in Teamwork
• Desire to get different teams to work together within different cultures
• Capable to write and speak English or German - advantage to have a second foreing language such as Spanish or Polish.
• Comfortable with PCs and the software required.
• Outgoing personality and good communication skills.
